| Day 2 Breakfast: Ham + eggs (real egg today) + Half Grapefruit Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Salad (did not use up all the dressing, just 2/3 of it) Dinner: 1 chicken thigh (Broiled), a bowl of iceburg lettuce with caesar dressing (fat free), 1 scoop of ice-cream (flavored with splenda, low sugar) + Grapefruit juice

I have said that I need carb, even small amount, those small amount are came from my ice-cream, the lactose and the fructose~
Weight of last night: 131lbs... But reached 130.5lbs some time today

| I am trying to retry my diet plan but added a little thing on it! (I will soon be crazy if no carbs in my life forever!!!) Revised New Diet Plan!~ Day 1 Breakfast: Half Grapefruit, ham + scamble egg (I have used egg substitute since I afraid that my cholesterol level will be very high if eat eggs eveyday~ I will eat fresh one every other day~) Lunch: Half Grapefruit + Iceberg lettuce & cherry tomatos (3 each) w/ F/F caesar salad dressing + 1 small thigh (broiled in oven, no oil added) Dinner: Dine in Red Lobster, I ate a small biscuit, and then cut all other carbohydrates, a caesar salad and veggie, over 100 shrimps Weight of last night: 131lbs... Weight of tonight: Days left from my 1st target: 11 If you wandered to my website, I would say, don't try to promote me any diet supplements or medication, I am a senior, major in nutritional sciences and will graduate very soon.
